Jeans are a quintessential part of a woman’s casual wear wardrobe. Jeans are probably among the most useful element – An extremely versatile piece of clothing. However, ill fitting jeans do nothing to enhance your figure and they also tend to be uncomfortable: Which is why if you are petite finding a pair of petite jeans is paramount. Petite jeans are made with the petite figure in mind with regards to the cut, length and overall proportions.
The cut of the jeans is important when choosing a style. The length of the leg is a major consideration. However, the body (seat) should be cut proportionally too. Some manufacturers simply size down their regular designs: All too often the stitching, belt loops, rivets and buttons; pockets and seams are too large making them look all out of proportion. However, a pair of well designed petite jeans will have proportional stitching and sizing – Which is why they look so great!
